This project is an industrial type facility located near Evanston, Wyoming. The project consisted of maintenance buildings, office space, and a central steam heat plant. The steam system was comprised of two 150 psi steam boilers with extensive steam distribution piping as well as a condensate reclamation system. A flare stack was designed to burn off impurities in the condensate water. The project was negotiated on a design build basis.
Kingsbury Hall is located at the center of the University of Utah campus.
